ICC student email change

ICC Bookstore accounts that were set up with email ending in @lab.icc.edu, please update your account to reflect new ICC email format of @icc.edu Updating will allow students to receive order confirmation(s) and digital eText redemption information. This will also keep order history and current password for the account.

  • Log into account using current email and password
  • Under My Account: Account Info section, Select edit next to email address
  • Enter new email address (format changing from @lab.icc.edu to @icc.edu) Example: aa000a@lab.icc.edu will change to aa000a@icc.edu 
  • Confirm new email address
  • Confirm current password
  • Select Save Changes

The Bookstore will not be able to assist with order confirmation(s) & digital eText information if account is not updated.

 

 

Online Order Decline / Cancellation Policy


Credit Card / Gift Card Decline

  • If your Credit/Debit Card is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a courtesy email informing you of this.
  • If your Gift Card is declined, you will receive a courtesy phone call to correct the issue in a timely manner.
  • You have 24 hours to correct the payment or your online order can be cancelled.

Cancellation Notices

  • Courtesy Cancellation Notices are sent to your ICC email account.
  • You have 3 business days to correct any issues with your Web Order.
    • Issues can range from Financial Aid Accounts, shipping information, declines and more.
    • If it is a Financial Aid issue call (309)694-5311 or email at FinancialAid@icc.edu.
  • In the 3 business days call or email the bookstore to let us know you have corrected the issues and we can proceed with your order or cancel.
  • If you make no effort to contact us and correct the issues with your Online Order we will cancel your order.
