If you selected to have your online order shipped to an ICC campus where you will pick them up, you MUST have your CONFIRMATION NUMBER with you and your STUDENT ID. The confirmation number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Online orders will be processed and ready for pick up or delivery in 3 business days. UPS/USPS delivery could take an additional 3 business days.

If someone else is picking your Online Order up for you:
Please email the Online Order Specialist with the designated person's name and your Confirmation Number.
The person will need to show a valid Driver's License or State ID with your email confirmation number.



East Peoria Campus: If you selected to have your order ready at the East Peoria Campus, you can pick up your order at the East Peoria Bookstore. For directions, click here.

Peoria Campus: If you selected to have your order shipped to the ICC Peoria Campus, you can pick up your order at the Peoria Bookstore. For directions, click here.

UPS/USPS: If you selected to have your order shipped to a location using UPS/USPS, your order will be sent directly to that location.
