Online Order Decline/Cancellation Policy


Credit Card / Gift Card Decline

  • If your Credit Card / Gift Card is declined, you will receive a courtesy phone call to correct the issue in a timely manner.
  • You have 24 hours to correct the payment or your online order can be cancelled.

Cancellation Notices

  • Courtesy Cancellation Notices are sent to your ICC email account.
  • You have 3 business days to correct any issues with your Web Order.
          *Issues can range from Financial Aid Accounts, shipping information, declines and more.
  • In the 3 business days call or email the bookstore to let us know you have corrected the issues and we can proceed with your order or cancel.
  • If you make no effort to contact us and correct the issues with your Online Order we will cancel your order.
