ICC student email change will effect your online Bookstore account beginning June 12, 2026

If you have a current Bookstore account with an email ending in @lab.icc.edu, please update your Bookstore account to the new format ending in @icc.edu. Updating allows students to receive order confirmation(s) and digital eTexts code and access information; as well as, keep previous order history and password.

  • Log into your online Bookstore account, using current email and password
  • Account Info under My Account, Select edit next to email address
  • Enter new email address (format is changing from @lab.icc.edu to @icc.edu)                                                                                Example: old email aa000a@lab.icc.edu will change to aa000a@icc.edu
  • Confirm new email address
  • Confirm current password
  • Select Save Changes

*We will not be able to assist with order confirmations & digital eText if your Bookstore account is not updated.

Textbook Rental Agreement

1.I will report any prior damage (moisture damage, torn pages, excessive writing/highlighting, etc.) to my rental book(s) within 1 week of purchase or I will be responsible for the full retail price of the book(s). I further understand that any form of moisture damage is non-returnable and I will be responsible for the full retail price of the book(s) if returned with any form of moisture damage.

2.I understand that if I do NOT return my Summer rental textbook(s) to the ICC Bookstore BEFORE 1:30 PM on July 24, 2026, in resalable condition, I will be charged the full retail price of the book(s). I further understand that the replacement amount will be charged to my student account, or to my credit card if renting online.

3.I understand and authorize Illinois Central College to place my student records on hold, which will restrict me from registering for classes and restrict my transcripts from being released, if I do not return my rental book(s) by the return deadline.
