ICC student email change will effect your online Bookstore account beginning June 12, 2026

If you have a current Bookstore account with an email ending in @lab.icc.edu, please update your Bookstore account to the new format ending in @icc.edu. 

  • Log into your online Bookstore account, using current email and password
  • Account Info under My Account, Select edit next to email address
  • Enter new email address (format is changing from @lab.icc.edu to @icc.edu)                                Example: old email aa000a@lab.icc.edu would be aa000a@icc.edu
  • Confirm new email address
  • Confirm current password
  • Select Save Changes

Your email address will be updated. Updating allows students to receive order confirmation(s) and digital eTexts code and access information; as well as, keep previous order history and password.

***We will not be able to supply you with order confirmations and digital eText codes if your Bookstore account is not updated.***

New online Bookstore accounts should be created using @icc.edu email addresses only.

 

Textbook Agreement

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE PROCEEDING. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONCE YOU PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER.


  1. The site will be updated daily as we receive new orders from faculty and shipments from publishers.
    • Textbook information can change at any time (faculty changes, publisher upgrades, cancelled classes, etc), we are not responsible for information used on this site for the purchase of textbooks from other locations. Students purchasing materials on this site are protected under our Refund Policies.
  2. Used, New & Rentals:
    • When selecting the type of textbook that you want, please note that if you select " Used" or "Used Rental" and if there are no used textbooks available when we pull your order, we will substitute a new book or a new rental at the new price. This means that you will be paying more for your books.
  3. Online orders will be processed & ready for pickup in 3 business days*. UPS/USPS shipping will be an additional 3-5 business days*.
    • We will do our best to process your order within 1 business day, but at the beginning of each semester, additional time will be needed.
    • If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will cancel the item.
    • When you click the "place your order" button, we will send you an e-mail message acknowledging your order. Your credit card will not be charged until we have processed the order, which could take up to 3 business days.
  4. Orders placed using Bookstore Charge Account or other accounts:
    • You must provide your 10-digit student ID number during checkout. The ID number must start with ICC and be followed by 7 numeric digits.
    • If you do not have a Bookstore Charge Account or any other accounts set up during the time of processing, your order will be CANCELLED.
    • If your payment method is Bookstore Charge Account or any other accounts and you are purchasing a rental textbook, you will be required to enter a valid credit card number to satisfy the payment requirements of a rental textbook that is not returned on time.
  5. Orders placed using Charge Card:
    • If your card is declined at the time of processing, your order will be CANCELLED.
    • Charge cards can decline for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: transposed numbers, an incorrect expiration date, or a limit on your account. You may need to speak with your bank.
    • Due to security reasons, we cannot make changes to charge card payments. You will need to place a new order with a different or corrected method of payment.
    • Please note: Your credit card will not be charged until we have processed the order, which could take up to 3 business days.
  6. For refund guidelines, please see our Refund Policy, as refund dates change each semester.

*Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
